About the Role
Tecnic is seeking a passionate and experienced Hydraulic Structures Design Engineer to join our team in Bucharest. You’ll be working on high-impact infrastructure projects, with a focus on geotechnics and structural rehabilitation. From feasibility studies to execution design and technical support during construction, your work will help shape resilient, future-ready infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design documents for Structural Rehabilitation (Geotechnics and Foundations), aligned with project contracts and technical regulations.
• Draft technical offers, project sketches, quantity lists, and documentation for building permits.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and develop execution-level technical projects.
• Provide technical assistance during project implementation on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural/geotechnical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design tools such as PLAXIS, GEO5, Civil 3D or similar
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
