About the Role

Tecnic is seeking a Public Procurement Expert to strengthen our Business Development and Tendering team. You’ll play a key role in preparing competitive bids, identifying opportunities, and managing procurement processes in line with technical and legal standards. Your work will directly contribute to winning new infrastructure projects of national importance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all activities related to public procurement procedures, including preparing bids
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver requested documentation on time and in compliance with applicable technical and legal standards
• Continuously monitor public platforms and identify new project opportunities relevant to the company’s portfolio
• Analyze procurement notices published on official websites and evaluate participation conditions
• Track the implementation status of awarded projects
• Prepare technical and commercial offers in compliance with the tender documentation and legal requirements
• Draft clarification responses during bid evaluation phases
• Monitor the status of ongoing tenders
• Maintain and update the internal project database

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in a technical field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in public procurement or tendering
• Strong knowledge of the SICAP platform and the public tendering process relevant to the company’s domain
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
